Unfortunately it is not quite as simple as that though I agree the current government should be taking a whip to this bunch of rorters.
But I guess the portfolio was administered by that questionable character Barnaby Joyce who also oversaw the rorted water buybacks at "off the planet" prices so I fully understand why things are such an abortion.
This scheme was apparently organised back in 2010-2012 by Labor if the transcript is accurate but not sure when it passed parliament.
So it would appear Labor knuckleheads devised the scheme and the Liberal knuckleheads administered this scandalous setup. Being an elected politician sure doesn't guarantee they have a brain - just look at the types elected to see why this country is being shafted by crooks on all sides.
I am not taking political sides but surely someone in government must have the decency to see what is going on and call a halt to this appalling behaviour. They all disgust me.
