why do you d/h call it footy?.The only time it touches a foot is when some knucklehead trips over the ball!!
Every year the stupid game starts off with a bunch of new rules which takes the whole/endless season to interpret.And the idiotic drama when the ball is kicked for a goal and unbelievably the little ball misses the humungous goal posts;at least in AFL they kick AND score on the run and as I said last year;if ,on sat.arvo you switch channels and listen to the two codes; with AFL it is a constant roar of excitement whereas with thugby you can think that the sound is off most of the time.AND I am only reporting it as I see it cos I've got to really,really bored to watch the three most BORING and stupid games in the world;
