That picture, and the one on the web, are quite different to what I remember from seeing a prototype at the Normanby Fiveways in Brisbane. That sign was rejected at the end of the trial by the City Council because it was thought too distracting for motorists and might cause accidents. From memory it was lit and moving during daylight hours, but I may be wrong there.
