    Yes re; URA - whilst dealing with the former Soviet States there was no such thing as transparency imo. Unfortunately the Company's graph lines of a) promise, and b) delivery, never intersected.

    On the other hand I have been holding PEN for a few years now and still have faith in PEN long term.
