We have an incredible leader for our company.

Only a few years ago, his absence was the cause of what most shareholders saw as corrupt market manipulation.

Now that Kos is in control, not only has that corruption ceased, but he has lead ESI - like the pied piper - to several international deals.
He is not interested in talk, not interested in hype, not interested in helping his mates get rich, but only interested in the same strict professional regiment that he adopted at Siemens and gave to ESI shareholders
- create deals...churn 'em or burn 'em.

There is more going for this company now than ever.
As our future unfolds and whilst ever he is navigating this small company through the the international ocean of multi-million dollar deals...hold that thought, i meant to say MULTI BILLION DOLLAR DEALS - that pipeline will thicken.

As is always the case, in order to get strike in Ten Pin Bowling, you need to knock over that first pin.
The ball has made contact with the first pin
...Tincom and Victorian Coldry.
The pin is not able to fight the weight of the ball - due to the nature of the deal being based on a perfect synergy and due to our partners origins being in Vietnam - a very strict and regimental business minded economy - and due to the Trade Minister and International heads having signed contracts already, we are only waiting for that pin to make contact with the alley and it will all cascade from there.
Poland will come sooner than later when THEY are ready.
The other deals will follow suit after we are ready to offer them a workable template that keeps shareholders safe.

Anyone who thinks that the pacing yourself in big business is not a virtue is just bad at appraising success in business is.

Anyone who thinks that Kos turing this company around and leading it to fine weather is not a good thing, is again just unable to assess brilliance well.

Anyone that thinks that Kos has full control over Tincom is just naive. Tincom are bigger than us, stronger than us, more connected than us and we need them. Why would we rock the boat when we have what we wanted AND MORE already?

Anyone who thinks that we need $1.5 million to seal our future is really taking themselves for a fool.
We have much bigger things on our mind than pushing a company like Tincom for $1.5 million worth of chicken feed.
We are aiming for the $4 BILLION.

A stitch in time saves nine.
And we are getting this stitch right, in time and it will be the first square of an enourmous patchwork quilt that is our success. I am very happy to let KOS - the creator of our current success - choose the fabric, the thread quality, the pattern and the machine to do the job right.

Anyone who isn't interested in allowing KOS to continue to do his amazing work should simply jump ship and leave him alone.

You will never get another leader like him. If it wasn't for him MANY shareholders would not be here right now and your share would have folded a year ago.
He is steering us towards a $1 stock and our rival company is testament to how fast we will rise when our first deal is fully sealed.

Kos is not trying to seal a deal for a $1.5 million dollar bag of chicken feed, he is hoping to buy the entire poultry feed factory for ESI and your current support is simply sensible and it will definitely reward you with huge dividends.
