I don't think you need much 'hope' musicman...

Didn't the FDA and Skin Cancer Foundation recently set in motion its plans to turn sunscreen labeling upside down on it's head...?

Sunscreen Drug Products for Over-The-Counter Human Use - Proposed FDA Rule:
More than 90% of all skin cancers are caused by sun exposure and sunscreens are a key weapon in the arsenal against the disease. While sunscreens have improved dramatically over the past several years, there was a need to update the governmental regulations associated with sunscreens especially regarding the institution of a UVA test method and product labeling. Our knowledge of the dangers associated with UVA rays has grown significantly over the last few decades. We now know that UVA plays a very direct role in skin cancer comparable to that of UVB. Therefore, introducing a UVA test method will enable consumers to know how well the product protects against UVA rays as well as UVB rays. - Perry Robins, MD, President, The Skin Cancer Foundation

Isn't the Founding President of The Skin Cancer Foundation, Perry Robbins also the founding director of the Dermatology Development Corporation ("DDC") and one of the world's leading Dermatological specialists who recently stated that he, believes there are significant commercial opportunities in the US for not only the existing product lines but also for PNO’s proprietary active ingredients to be utilised in new products and creating new business opportunities.

Although not disclosed to the ASX, didn't this Material Definitive Agreement filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission for PNO's subsidiary, MPL on June 21, 2013 disclose the following information:

The Registrant's wholly-owned subsidiary, Molecular Pharmacology Pty Ltd ("MPL"), an Australian company, executed an agreement dated for reference on June 21, 2013, with a New York-based company, Dermatology Development Corporation ("DDC") to develop and market a range of therapeutic, cosmetic and cosmecutical products based on the ThermaLIFE product range and its active ingredient in the United States. Under the terms of the agreement, DDC is contracted to drive business relationships with a number of third party entities to sell products predominantly in the dermatology and cosmetic fields in the United States.

... didn't you confirm yourself in your previous post that JP has put 500k into PNO recently... so rather than hope, maybe just a little more patience, musicman ;)
