    re the letter / indications are no *superior* offer yet / payout tied up for 6 months /??maybe something in the offering for shareholder value !!BUT would have expected mass exodus by now yet still buyers at 42.5 ?? cant believe arbitrage or shorters would risk their buts when in a week money will be tied up supposedly !!??
