it's very interesting to read people's situations.

I think you have made the right decision, as it was effecting you and therefore your family.

And you still have 10m, there's not many that have that much. There's enormous potential here, so you can still make a large fortune.

Personally I am not selling any until that market cap is way way higher than now. But I can do this as I had a good win on vla and neu (I still hold a parcel in both).

I was also in cheap, and half my holdings are options which were very cheap at the time. If I were to sell the tax man gets nearly half my winnings now anyway, except for some held for over a year.

I retired from normal work at 37, after having some success in this investing game. I earned twice my working wage the year before. I like to keep 10 years worth of living costs in cash, so that I don't have to worry too much about the markets and share prices etc. There have been some lean years, like the first banking crises. The speccie market died completely for a few years.
