well you can pretty much look in any orifice with one, but in his case I think he is
a) psychotic
b) in a @rse frenzy looking for new prey
c) illegally in charge of medical equipment
d) a total farkin idiot, with no idea of what he's saying, trying to look important with big words he doesn't understand
