Doing 150/1 consolidation, at the time, taking the share price to 15 cents, then driving it down to 0.001.
If that wasn't looking after it's esteemed shareholders enough, they now issue BILLIONS of shares at .8 of a cent, which is a price it's esteemed shareholders are unable to purchase at.
8 billion shares and counting (Post 150/1) consolidation.
