Hey Jason, thanks. I haven't contacted Commsec but was of the understanding quotes were delayed. I'll dig deeper.
I was on the phone to a bloke a few weeks ago (a trader that renewed my interest) and was chatting about my Altium (ALU) shares. He used Westpac to trade and it was he who suggested Commsec was delayed. But, he also said that when he looked at ALU's depth, he could see there was a lot of institutional activity which wasn't good because they could pretty much control things. The point being he seemed to be able to see who was buying and selling?
