The Market was informed that there was revised positive bid being negotiated but now we're told....

"the preferred bidder advised at a late stage that because of the recent weakness in the uranium spot price it wanted to renegotiate the terms, including price, to a level that in the Board’s view was unacceptable"

Now we're told there are a number of interested parties falling over themselves to negotiate?

It would be logical to assume that a sale of part of LH would not occur anytime soon at least until there is a sustained upswing in the U price to realise true value imo

Management bought time with the Placement, that's all(about 12 mths imo)possibly assuming a higher U Price coming.


The Market caned the shareprice down from 1.03 because of the non event of the revised positive bid. Nothing else. imo

Whats the future hold for PDN?

Its all about the sale of part of LH atm, anymore fudgeing with the sale and details re LH and the share price will come under further pressure. imo
