What a relief!! Great to have the battle for the board over. Now the battle to keep TZL on track and eventually profitable begins!
Mad, tescobag, others .... reading the announcement (such a professsional announcement for a change!!!) I hope/presume that QVT is already aware of the irregularities to which you have alluded so often ... as the conditions say that if any further event occurs that comes up with information they were not aware of at the time of the agreement (today) .. the debt agreement can be cancelled?????
Given all the details of the cash position and cash flow budget that has to be prepared for QVT by 23 June .. we may even get to see just what income is expected from the deals that have been done .. Anixter, Dell, BAE, Larsons. What a dream!
