You know it is always nice to be thanked when a rise like this happens on a stock you have defended for some time...you should enjoy it because it makes up for the critism when the price goes south. There are other good posters on this thread as well who have given well researched posting for some time.
Well done to all of you, you know who you are.
Great day for traders, but an even better one for long term holders because it may just be that the market has finally seen this stock should not be valued at so much of a discount to NAV. If this is true this may just be the begining of a serious rerating.
It is still about asset sales...and only about asset sales in my opinion for now.
Lets get rid of that corporate debt for good.
