Given they operate 104 plants in the US i guess they have a more sophisticated understanding of the Industry than here, in an overall context.
If we are going to be mining in the US and it is more likely i believe that we will execute an offtake agreement with a US entity, it makes sense to have a listing there be it the TSX or elsewhere in North America. I agree $13 appears high, but i like it and Hartleys have stated that is what the valuation works out to.
