do we still think this sell off is due to contractors cashing in their chips?

I do wonder why a company that has just completed a successful capital raising to see it thru the next year or so still needs to pay its bills with shares....is this common practice?
Surely it can only lead to a downward pressure on the price as contractors sell to balance their books and ensure revenues at a tough time...is this smart from the company's point of view? or is the share price (now that the capital has been raised) of little importance to them.

Any news likely before august when we hear about the govt grants?
