Yes share price been a shambles heading towards options expiry.As for reasons ? my brain is in too much pain to deal with it! DEG have had a issue with their options expiry as well.
Just a point on conversion; adding all the 3B’s ( inc one last night) as of 16/11 there has already been 112 million converted. This is out of the total issue of 299 million. So over 37% converted.
Since the 16/11 there has been another 31.5 million traded at av of 1.31 .You would expect then that most would be converted not left to expire ( it’s over 400k). If they were converted it would take it to over 48%.
Plus we don’t know how many converted since 16th till now, and don’t know how many till end of December when the PFS will have been released ( and possibly other related news). I’m confident will will get to over 90%.
