I think you are missing the point Wabbs is trying to make. If the SH involved had not made those comments in the first place, the Company would not have needed to defend themselves against those comments (via the taking of action). Wabbs is merely saying that if the SH had been more factual, instead of emotional - which is similar to the past few weeks - then we wouldn't have wasted that money.

I actually agree with him.
