You can't be suied for complaining about not receiving the prerogative to vote. There may be unrelated reasons, but, ASIC should be your next point of inquiry?

Who is to say that Wabs other 6500 Shareholders were given the NoM, and associated documentation?
He might be able to confirm what the Company supposedly did, for anyone who is starting to smell a certain kind of something?

It seems some were notified by email, but of those some did not get the Chairman's letter, and those that I know, they were rightly disappointed!

Mind you any elation I felt when I read the one I received in the mail? It was very shortlived. But each to their own I guess?

If you are concerned about the way your rights as a Shareholder may have been marginalised? All I can suggest is that you contact the Company first, and copy in your concerns to the ASIC people?

It is no good complaining and then not doing anything about it? Up to you I guess. Just do what you think is right M8.
