How about the posters on HC which you support that were taken to court for their loose lip posts that has cost the SH of EGO almost $1m dollars that could be used else were and most of those are the ones complaining now.
We could lose this case and never get it back and that would be the fault of those poster that have cost other SH $1m dollars.

If they had not posted the information that the directors took offence to it would not have costed them or EGO anything.

Then the post by Dr John which said why was the CEO not on the drill rig supervising Christmas Eve when they had the water and that is one reason why he is not fit to be a director.
Seeing that the well was spudded in on the 17-11-2015 and the drilling was going 24/7 and an accident could happen any time the DR expected the CEO to be there 24/7 I think he would be stuffed by Christmas Eve.
He did not know what a CEO duties are.
I just wonder if Dr John has contacted the medical association about their excessive fees and is avaliable 24/7 or uses a locum afer his 8 hours.
Or maybe it is an afterthought or the kettle calling the pot black.
