Yes, no doubt there were parting shots in that speech, as to be expected, but what I'm specifically referring to is that despite all his failings I don't think he would deliberately leak damaging information against his own party as Rudd did during an election campaign. I don't think he would risk the Liberals losing an election just to get back at Turnbull.
