Don't hold me to this.. pure guesswork.. or maybe not... this maybe regarding big European banks funding the project... Looks like CRML may have access to 400% of the required funding.. some even willing to pay CRML for the privilege to fund the project.. so good!
Everything now rests on Tony.. who has now decided to fly business class to 150 countries to spread the word about CRML...
