    the market has a way of taking money away from investors who panic. and this is a classic example of selling for no reason - following the herd. i have invested in tox at various stages and invariably after an agm or some announcement (which is mostly positive in the recent past) the hordes come flocking back to this stock.
    once the results are out at the agm - we will see this surge.
