The beauty about a takeover, it cant succeed until they release more equity into the market .. directors have stated that they & "friends" hold a blocking stake!
So maybe after a Canadian cap raising increases the dilution of holdings, it might be possible. But could still be faught off without the compliance of other "longs"
I am sure we will see a bid come in, possibly later next year ... but the SP will be a lot higher then, and any bid would drive it further through the roof!!!
