would you please explain what you mean by "ZZ holding such a strong hold". I dont see any evidence of this, to me it seems he was brought in to assist in entering the Chinese market, however has since left the company. It may be that he is still involved in Chinese market entry or it could be that EVS is looking at other options and all the platitudes and excuses for leaving are the expected face saving commentary. Either way that is all based in EVS China Operations, a very small and mostly prospective part of the business. The majority of EVS business and revenue is unrelated to China and therefore I would seriously doubt that a Chinese consultant who is no longer on the BOD has any "hold" over this area of the business or, by extension, of the business as a whole.
