this is how it works

Kondretiev saw a 54 year business cycle wave going back through time

the echo to the past is in the primary commodity wave of 1898-1920

1903=2007

except with China and India this time its 20 times bigger

there was a second primary wave in the 60-70s when these mines like Burraga and Mt Carbine were developed

all we are seeing is the primary wave of the K wave growth cycle pickup the moth balled resource reserve of previous commodity cycles

by the time this is finished we will have reopened every old mine that ever existed its still very early in the cycle

like Wolf who are opening their own RAU is simply a moth balled mine play they happen all over the world and there has been 2 major tungsten oens already :)

its part of the primary trend that resource prices are this moth balled resource reserve

EXM will be another one
