This is IMHO a very misleading statement !
The link provided refers to a adhesive/glue like substance which does not replace a patch only the method it is attached as opposed to routine sutures. Nowhere does that link suggest CardioCel (the patch/scaffold ) is being substituted by any other product.
It it would appear that this poster has an agender known only to him/her.
