Personally I find a little scrutiny to be a good thing and there has been basically none here in the last year until the last week or two. Optimism has it's place, but not blind, and no-one should be given free reign to waste our money. If Carnegie don't start communicating more effectively and honestly they are going to continue to negatively affect the SP. There's a few reasons they might be happy with that, but there's NO REASON I SHOULD BE.
