IMO, our Governments have been asleep while Asia came alive post WW2 and it is still asleep despite our imminent economic dangers posed by covid & the China Trade War.
It is nonsense to wait on until China changes its mind because Xi is in there for life while our "legislation for cash merchants ' have to run he electoral coals every 3 years and doesn't China know that!
