    Well they aren't going to be paying 8 cents when they can buy at 5 cents and falling now, so I wouldn't be holding any high hopes of some amazing deal. If anything, I would expect it will be a deal to throw
    the company a lifeline, and you know who's going to be getting the better end of that stick on that one .
