This reminds me of the time i phoned my old girlfriend to see if I could offload my vehicle to her. She seemed pleased that I had considered her and that I was prepared to part with it at such a reduced price. I told her she could have it at the bargain price of five and half, unfortunately she discovered it wasn't worth that much and it depreciated rather rapidly and gave her nothing but angst. A few months had passed and I had used the money wisely, so sent her a postcard from somewhere in the sun. For some reason she didn't appreciate the thought.
