The Henry Tax Review has just created the ideal floor for QBE. Increasing regulatory risk in any country is the ideal way to kill the currency.
So who will benefit with its introduction?
Industrial based with offshore earnings. Company's that have US assets, denominated in $US.
Throw in some increased US interest rates and this would be the biggest free kick I've seen QBE get for 3 years.
