    I like this concept of 'fair'. Prior to the electricity reforms in Qld, I think there were too big retailers called Energex (servicing South East Qld) and Ergon (servicing the rest of Qld?).

    The very profitable SEQ corner subsidised the rest of Qld through price equalisation even though it cost more to supply electricty to for e.g. our bro's n sis' in Cairns.

    Was it fair that a Brisbane elecricity customer had to pay more to subsidize his northern bro?
