good grief - you have a bloody big chip on your shoulder
i am not laying blame anywhere just making an observation or two and i wasnt defending barnett - have you read the nopsa report? and jfyi it just so happens i know a thing or two about pipelines valves and the corrosion they are subject to and the risks and hazards involved in building and commissioning then inspecting them - dont try to portray yourself as all knowing in this area - you are only relaying what you have heard and its not all correct
procurement - do you know what epcm means? because thats where i am and what i do
might pay you to read up on the regs and relevant standards as well
i might add that a rope is vastly different to a valve setup
oh and finally - i didnt like the deal barnet did with chevron either.
all this crap over a statement about which was better - public or private. you have a problem
