Regardless of the reason for the sell off...
Graphically we now have an issue. We are at a point where our strong healthy trend is about to buckle (Yep that's right... southbound) unless some consistent buying miraculously appears to provide some relief.
My opinion on this director is that the guy/girl had every right to sell when they wanted to... that's what the stock market is all about.
If they were comfortable with their returns then so be it and congrats to them on their fortune.
I am baffled though... why dump the stock like that if you work there... I guess they don't like their employer too much.
In any case for me its touch and go now before I have to start questioning my loyalty to this stock. Fingers crossed this all settles down and bounces back.
