I just had a look at the announcements, and on 17 Feb there is a 708A notice where 1 million unlisted options have been exercised at 30c = $300,000.
On 18 Feb M Cozjin announces that he has sold 500,000 shares for around $230k.
So putting 2 & 2 together, it looks like M Cozjin sold some shares in order to exercise unlisted options. Does that sound reasonable?
