Barring any more extensions, 4 more working days until HFR submit their response. The question then becomes how long until MAPAMA can deliver a verdict on the permit. How long is a piece of string...
You feel the turnaround would be reasonably swift, seeing that HFR took an extension of time to intimately deal with local authority concerns before submission..
