I suspect that ROG and BG have an agreement in teh form of an option by BG over the share of ROG involvement in CTP. so that if (rather when CTP) locates substantial resources BG will be able to exercise its option over the ROG share and flex its muscles.
ROG may walk away with a significant profit for its involvment in CTP, but that may leave CTP vunerable to BG.
Not a good situation having the tail wag the dog.
As stress I dont know the real situation, I just using my eons of intuition, why else would BG roll over so quick and not continue objecting to ROG comming in,
It can to my mind simply be because BG are in effect telling ROG what to do.
Working on that assumption, JH needs to resolve teh BG problem very quickly ( and preferably before we find anything) because when ( not WHEN) we do discover our resources, It will be every man ( woman) for themselves.
No friends in business. Just profit.
It will be intersting to read teh change of directors holdings in few minutes, Are they Buying or Selling We shall see soon
