Last year, HIG had the option to tell Xstrata to go away when Xstrata told HIG that it would not be able to complete the FS by Jan 2012. It had the option to do this, and then get back 100% of the project. But it was weak and gave Xstrata an exstention. Xstrata have repaid the favour and now are selling their stake. This money could have been HIG's, but due to incompetance this money is ending up in Xstrata's hands.
