I agree with you- its the liquidity that creates the trading opportunities here, but then there's always the chance that traders will trade out just when it really does go for a run.
Still, the wall of around 80 mill shares for sale between 2.2 and 2.6 has been pretty constant for a while and seems to take a bit to overcome.
