Don't think it is a big deal, however.......
HC TOU require disclosure of any interest in the securities of the company you are posting on.
SDL options are prima facie an interest in the securities of the company.
"if you own or have some other interest in a security, or you have any connection with a securities issuer that you might benefit from, you must disclose that fact."
