This raising was another example of thoughtness in a very fragile market.
They targeted the institutions and a incestuous relationship has been consumated once again.
The consequences (intended or unintended ) was to restrict liquidity in the market and resulted in losses for many.
Still, when have banks ever been guilty of anything else but self interest. I am a shareholder but hold other stock and believe there was a definate negative effect on the market yesterday because of this raising.
