Great news, agree with everything stated.

In dealing with listed companies, SH are aware that the amount of shares a person or body holds enable them to emaciate certain actions or are given certain attention or are in a bargaining position by the number of shares they hold.
For those FMS share holders that haven’t joined or nominated there holdings with FMSU could perhaps give it some further thought,.
It’s a bit though letting others do the work find a percentage of shares they are not available.
Todd has 52%odd and is making statements as in the bidders statement.
OCJ has 20% and has made the name of his solicitor available for anyone to contact, mainly Todd if he wants to make an offer I guess.
There is about 14% that are floating.
It would be nice if this 14% came out of the cold and considered joining FMSU so we can make a stronger showing.
