I am going to give one of the trading channel entry triggers from Jake Bernstein a go over the next few months.
(using SMA 10 period high and SMA 8 period low......with confirmation of entry based on 2 candelsticks close outside channel...and further confirmation using Williams Accum/Dist and 57 period SMA)

I have been doing some backtesting today over the last 3 months and while you do get some false signals. have tested 40 trades...with 24 positive results and 16 negative (using 100 pip trailing stop). Biggest +ve move was 374 pips on the CAD/JPY followed by 230 pips on EUR/CHF

Still grappling with size of stops.

Any thoughts?....have you tried?
