Yes, they have found the stuff and in time it will prove up. Another day and Indonesia resigns from OPEC, POO back over $130. The appreciating asset is oil reserves and the lever is to buy BEFORE it is proved up as we have now with CVN.
If you wait till all has been announced then the price will already reflect this.
