Seems you are reading off the same page as I am.
I do however credit the JV with making the correct judgements. Taking the SRB curve into account, the really low cost of boosting production and reserves, and committments to the Thai govt (who will be ultra eager for more immediate prdn) I assume they see best value in their current approach.
I suspect enthusiasm for more prdn from this block will wane as prdn goes above say 20kbopd.
