Apart from it being nice to see a post on HC after a decidedly slow few days, does anyone else share my feeling that it's hard to get excited about these Pakistan Thar Coal updates? Nothwithstanding the apparent energy crisis, factors like OBL managing to find himself a bolthole there for years whilst everyone remains officially clueless about it have to raise questions about the likelihood of anything ever coming to much in that country. Looking forward to eating my words, but for now, that's how it has to be until we see the color of some money.

Anyway, this project seems to have more to do with Cougar UK than ASX-listed CXY. Apart from CXY supposedly owning 40% of it, I'm not sure what Cougar UK is all about. Is it just some accounting abstraction or does it actually have an office and staff who turn up each day to work there? Grateful for any enlightenment.
