Microman;I sold a unit innerwest 15months ago and took the money to the C/C hoping to by a unit better than the one I'd sold and have heaps left over.Early last year I found that you needed $500,000 plus to get what I considered a reasonable unit and be sitting on the real estates door when it was listed .
My $400,000.....,peanuts today.
I was only visiting at the weekend and really must say,I don't particularly like the C/C;sorry.
