I like the cc for a holiday, but not to live. hence i moved out 5 years ago.
I live in Thailand, so got the beaches, the food and the best of lifestyles and all for a lot less than a run down shack in Sydney somewhere.
With 400,000k don't know why you bother staying in Oz.You could retire overseas somewhere.
