My 16yr old grandson goes to school when he wants to occasionally, (the teachers and parents don't care. Does anybody mark the roll these days and call parents when the kids are not at school???)
He smokes, drinks (when he can pinch it from me.) Hangs around with a mob of older misfits who will lead him into a life of crime. He thinks the world owes him something and stealing to get it is his right not a crime.
